CURIOUS TRACKS

Curious Tracks Explorer Letters are sent by post each month, bringing a new Australian animal adventure straight to your child’s letterbox.

MONTHLY MAILING SCHEDULE

Explorer Letters are prepared and posted during the first week of each month.

To receive the following month’s Explorer Letter, please subscribe by the 25th of the month. Subscriptions placed after the 25th will begin with the next available monthly mail-out.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard postage within Australia is included in your Curious Tracks subscription. Letters are sent using standard Australia Post letter delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Curious Tracks can be sent to little explorers around the world.

International postage is charged in addition to the subscription price and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, so please allow additional time for your Explorer Letter to travel from Australia.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

ART & CERAMICS

Art and ceramic pieces are carefully packed to help protect them on their journey.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of your order and will be shown at checkout.

As many pieces are handmade and one of a kind, please allow time for your order to be carefully packed and prepared before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the damaged item and all original packaging so I can assess the damage and help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
