CURIOUS TRACKS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Curious Tracks is a 12-month letter subscription bringing a new Australian wildlife adventure to your child’s letterbox each month.

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

You can choose between:

Monthly Subscription
$15 AUD per month for 12 months. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically each month.

12 Month Prepaid Subscription
$165 AUD paid upfront for 12 monthly Explorer Letters. This option saves $15 compared with paying monthly.

Australian standard postage is included. Additional postage charges apply to international subscriptions and will be shown at checkout.

MONTHLY MAILING SCHEDULE

Explorer Letters are prepared and posted during the first week of each month.

To receive the following month’s Explorer Letter, please subscribe by the 25th of the month. Subscriptions placed after the 25th will begin with the next available monthly mail-out.

PAYMENTS

For monthly subscriptions, your payment method will be charged automatically each month for the duration of your subscription.

If a payment fails, Squarespace will notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment details. If payment cannot be successfully processed after further attempts, the subscription may be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or make a change to your subscription, please contact me as soon as possible.

Any cancellation or refund will be considered in accordance with these terms, the circumstances of the order and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund payments already processed.

CHANGES TO YOUR DETAILS

Please ensure your postal and contact details are correct. If your delivery address changes during your subscription, please update your details or contact me before the next monthly mail-out.
