I hope you love your purchase from Jodi Elizabeth Art. Each piece and Curious Tracks order is created, packed and sent with care.

ART & CERAMICS

As my artwork and ceramics are handmade and often one of a kind, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Handmade pieces will naturally have small variations in shape, colour, texture and finish. These are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact me with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

CURIOUS TRACKS

If your Curious Tracks order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or something is missing, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.

Monthly subscriptions run for 12 months and are paid in 12 monthly payments. The 12 month prepaid subscription is paid in full at the time of purchase.
